Rolco and Kincaid have been synonymous with ski boats in Australia for the past 60 years.   Kincaid Marine took over Rolco Marine Conversions in 1993 and renamed the business to what we all know it today as “Kincaid Marine Rolco”.

With over 20 years experience as a Qualified Mechanic, very hands on in the industry and a passion for ski boats and race boats.   Who better to take over the well known business than Lloyd Brewer Engines in 2000.

Manufacturing just about every piece of hardware for inboard ski boats from our 10,000 square foot factory and with more new engines being processed through the business than reconditioned, we are now importing engines and then marinizing them for ski boats.

Over ½ a million dollars of our own stock on hand, means that we can readily supply not only our own parts, but all the leading brands of propellers, gauges, steering system or any parts that you may need.  We can also provide the full service solution of performing boat maintenance, fit ups and repairs.

Our full time staff of 11, and up to 20 in summer are always on hand to provide advice from experts in the industry.  Passionate about skiing and the whole boating experience we pride ourselves in customer service and quality.

At the foundry we make castings from either a sand mould or die and produce our parts out of the highest grade aluminium, bronze or steel depending on the part.

Milling a skeg with a jig, to ensure that every part is machined to exact tolerance.

Milling the exhaust manifold perfectly flat to ensure perfect gasket seal.

Milling a keyway in a stainless steel prop shaft.  This is to couple the engine or transmission to the prop shaft.  We can even offer this service while you wait.

We have just expanded and built a purpose built area for in house metal polishing to improve turn around time.

Marinizing engines in preparation to running them.  Every engine gets thoroughly run and tuned before being packaged and sent to the customer.

In the near future we are campaigning a ski race boat in the coming race season that will be powered by a 6.0 Litre GEN 3 Chevrolet engine.

We still even supply the old 6 cylinder Holden replacement parts and the like, to help customers keep their favourite old boat going, right through to latest and greatest GEN 3 Chevrolet parts and engines.
